My jewellery is faulty

We're so sorry to hear there's an issue with your jewellery. We have a two-year warranty on all of our pieces, so if you purchased within the last two years, please visit our returns page so that we can get that replaced for you.

Can you repair my jewellery?

Unfortunately we can't provide repairs, re-plating, or ring resizing services currently. If your product was purchased from us within the past two years but has suffered a manufacturing fault, it will be covered by our two-year warranty so please vis

Due to the nature of personalised products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

Can I return earrings?
