How do I know if you have received my return?Updated 2 days ago

If you used one of our UK returns labels, you can track your return on the Royal Mail website here. Your tracking number is the 13 characters shown directly under the barcode on your label. 

For orders being returned from outside of the UK, please check the tracking number provided by your chosen courier on their website to see the status of your return.

Please note that it takes up to 3 working days to process your return after it has been delivered to us. If this time has already passed and you haven't received your refund/exchange confirmation, please drop our Customer Care team an email on [email protected] so we can look into this.
