Why are there additional duties at checkout for orders going to the US?Updated a month ago

Due to the volatile and ever-changing landscape regarding US imports, we have made the decision to now include duty fees at checkout. The reason for this is to prevent any unexpected charges being billed to you upon delivery of your parcel, so that you know what you pay when you make your purchase is all you will have to pay. It also ensures that your order will not be subject to delays when arriving at customs, so you can receive your jewellery as quickly as possible.

We appreciate this might come as a bit of a shock, so in order to ensure that as many of our customers can still purchase their favourite Daisy pieces, we've reduced the prices of all jewellery across the US website, so as to absorb and offset some of the costs of these duty fees.

We would recommend looking at our US-specific bestsellers page: https://www.daisyjewellery.com/collections/bestsellers-usa. These are pieces with a country of origin that come with a lower import fee, so the additional charge at checkout will always be lower than 20%.

Please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team for any further clarification on this.
