We understand you might have been gifted a piece that's not quite your style - not to worry! You can still follow our returns process to exchange it for something more suitable, however please ensure the following:

• Your returns form includes your own email address that you would like your exchange order processed under - this is so the original purchaser is not notified of the exchange, as this might be a little awkward!
• Your returns form includes which address you'd like the exchange sent to

Please be aware that we are unable to process refunds onto alternative payment methods, so we can only refund the original purchaser. However, we are more than happy to offer store credit directly to you instead.
