My order hasn't arrived with the correct packaging
We're sorry to hear this! If your order hasn't arrived packaged as expected, please contact our Customer Care team with a photo of how it has been received, so we can look into this for you.
Can I purchase your luxury packaging on its own?
You sure can! Just add it to your cart via this page.
Will all my jewellery be boxed separately?
If you select 'Eco' packaging, your jewellery will be put three items to one box, but all pieces will be in their own mini pouch. If you would like a box per item, please be sure to choose either Signature or Luxury packaging. If these pieces are gif
Can my jewellery case be sent with luxury packaging?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to package our jewellery cases with luxury packaging, however please rest assured we will ensure it arrives as beautifully as possible.
