At Daisy, we want to ensure that your jewellery is delivered to you safely. This is why most pieces are placed in the small pouch that can be found inside your box. Please ensure to turn your pouch inside out when checking for your new jewellery, including the back pocket of the pouch. Earrings are split across the two pockets to prevent scratching, and some items are small and are commonly missed.
However, mistakes can happen. If you think your item is missing, please get in touch with our Customer Care team so that we can look into this further for you.
