Payment has been taken from my account but I received no order confirmation?Updated a month ago
There are a few reasons why this might be.
It's possible you placed the order under a different email address (sometimes it may even have been a misspelling), and the order confirmation will have gone to this email address.
Alternatively, if the payment was attempted but it failed at checkout, what often happens is the money is initially 'taken' from your account by your bank, held for a couple of days, and then it will bounce back due to it failing. We recommend waiting a day or two, and it should be refunded. You can contact your bank directly for more clarification on this.
