We don’t want to sound like a broken record but… you can amend your order by contacting us via phone at +44 (0) 20 7404 7460 within 1 hour of placing your order.

If it's been over one hour, please still send us an email or WhatsApp, as if it is the weekend, our team will pick this up first thing on Monday.

When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information and gift messages. We are unable to change the payment method once you have placed your order, however we can cancel and refund your order so that you can reorder with the correct card.

If you’re looking to add another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order, letting us know straight away so we can refund the second postage cost for you.
